\nThe fist pounding the table,
\nOne says:
\nThe water is cold.<\/p>\n

With one’s head in the air,
\nOne’s hands on the ears,
\nThe feet on the ground,
\nOne says:
\nThe world is not good.<\/p>\n

With one’s mind in the body,
\nOne’s soul in the heart,
\nOne’s thought in the world,
\nOne says,
\nThis body is bad.<\/p>\n
